'Only experienced people have been considered in the AL committee with the elections in mind'

Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that only experienced people have been considered for the new committee of the party ahead of the upcoming elections.

He made this statement to reporters after paying tribute by placing flowers at the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi 32 on Sunday morning.

The new committee, led by Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, elected for the tenth time, paid tribute to Bangabandhu's portrait.
Newly elected leaders, including General Secretary Obaidul Quader, who was elected for the third consecutive time, were present at the event.
