Admission application begins for secondary schools

The application for admission of students through online lottery in various classes has started in the government and private secondary schools of the country including the capital and the private secondary schools of the metropolitan and district headquarters.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education published the admission notification for the academic year 2023 on Monday (November 14).

government school

Online lottery will be held on December 10. In case of admission of students, no other exam can be taken for admission.

Among the government secondary schools, the admission work will be divided into three groups of government secondary schools in Dhaka city (including feeder branches). One candidate can give maximum 5 schools in the same group as per the application.

private school

Application can be made online only (httpsgsa. teletalk.com.bd) in the metropolitan area of Sadar Upazila and the metropolitan area of the district headquarters, including Dhaka city, and the private secondary school of the district headquarters.

Digital lottery will be held on December 13 in student selection for admission.
