Ramganj Upazila Municipal and College Branch Chhatra League Committee Formation

In a press release signed by Bangladesh Chhatra League Laxmipur District Branch President Saiful Islam Rocky and General Secretary Md. Shahadat Hossain Bhuiyan, the Ramganj branch Upazila Chhatra League committee after 7 and a half years, the Municipal Chhatra League committee after 4 years and the College Chhatra League committee after 5 years were announced as the convening committee of Ramganj Upazila, Municipality and College Chhatra League for the next one year on Monday (December 5) night. Party sources said that 25 candidates have been nominated for the Upazila branch, 13 for the Municipality branch and 10 for the Government College branch.

A 15-member committee has been formed for the next one year with Apu Mal as the president and Sajid Hasan Abhi as the general secretary of the Ramganj Upazila branch of Chhatra League. The committee consists of 01 president, 06 vice presidents, 01 general secretary, 05 assistant general secretaries and 02 organizational secretaries.
Sabuj Hossain Shanto, Fahad Athia, Badsha Yasin, and Kausar Ahmed have been elected as vice presidents.
The joint general secretaries are Md. Mobarak Hossain and Kamrul Hasan Zisan.
Organizing Secretary Shraban Akhand, Md. Rabbani.

Meanwhile, a 10-member committee has been formed for the next one year with Rakibul Hasan Shanto as the president and Robin Mal as the general secretary of the Ramganj Municipal Branch of Chhatra League. The committee consists of 01 president, 04 vice presidents, 01 general secretary, 02 assistant general secretaries and 02 organizational secretaries.
Badshah Faisal, Mahim Mal, Russell Athia, Md. Rakib Hossain, Md. Yasin, and Abdul Aziz Sahel have been elected as vice presidents.
The joint general secretaries are Russell Khan Babu, Yasin Arafat Jibon, Sharif Gazi, Shah Miron Shihab, and Monir Hossain Patwari.
Organizing Secretary: Safayet Hossain, Ahmed Fahim.
In addition, an 8-member committee has been formed for the next one year with Fazle Rabbi Joy as the president and Ahmed Kausar as the general secretary of the Ramganj Government College branch of Chhatra League. The committee consists of 1 president, 2 vice presidents, 1 general secretary, 2 associate general secretaries and 2 organizational secretaries.
Md. Shuvo, Ahmed Nahid Patwari have been elected as vice presidents.
The joint general secretaries are Naim Hossain Neon and Faiyaz Hasan.
Organizing Secretary: Apurba Sen Gupta, Kazi Harun.

Earlier, on Saturday (November 26) night, the district Chhatra League dissolved the expired committees of Ramganj Upazila, Municipal and Government College. District Chhatra League President Saiful Islam Rocky and General Secretary Shahadat Hossain Bhuiyan dissolved the committees in a letter.
Last Monday (November 28), 48 candidates and aspirants for the posts of President and General Secretary of the Ramganj Upazila, Municipal and Government College branches of Chhatra League submitted their resumes to the district leaders at the Ramganj Government College ground. They submitted their resumes for the top six positions of the three branches.
