Khaleda calls for Rohingyas to be taken back

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia reached the Moynarghona camp at 1 pm on Monday to provide relief assistance to the Rohingya. She urged the Myanmar government to take back the Rohingya.

Khaleda Zia said, Bangladesh is a small and poor country. We stand by them because we have hearts. Various NGOs in the country have stood by them. However, it is not possible for us to keep them permanently.

Earlier, Khaleda Zia left Cox's Bazar Circuit House at 11:20 am with senior party leaders including BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.

It is worth noting that Khaleda Zia left for Cox's Bazar on Saturday morning to visit the Rohingya camps and distribute relief among them. She was joined by senior leaders including the party's secretary general.
