President-Prime Minister Tribute to Martyr Intellectual Memorial

President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina paid tribute at the Martyr Intellectual Memorial in the capital's Mirpur on Martyr Intellectual Day.

They paid their respects there at 7am on Friday (December 14) and first paid tribute to the nation's best children by placing wreaths at the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina immediately afterwards.
After paying tribute, the President and the Prime Minister stayed there for a while in silence, playing a sad tone in the bugle, then they spoke to the members of the war-victims and martyred intellectuals and took notice of their news.

On behalf of the Awami League, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will pay tribute to the martyrs.

After the President and Prime Minister paid tribute to the President and the Prime Minister, people from all walks of life offered wreaths at the intellectual memorial, while the family members of the martyred intellectuals and freedom fighters also paid tribute to the students of various political, social and cultural organizations, Chaao, the school and college students of the capital.
