Sheikh Hasina to inaugurate 50 factories in EZ on November 20

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate 50 industrial factories, projects and other infrastructure in the economic zone on November 20, marking the 50th anniversary of independence.

Sheikh Yusuf Harun, Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), confirmed the matter.

He said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will virtually inaugurate 50 industrial factories, projects and establishments in eight locations in various economic zones and BEZAs of the country.

The BEJA executive chairman further said that these include four commercial factories in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Industrial City (BSMSN) in Chittagong and eight factories in various economic zones run by private enterprises.
