Community Policing Day celebrated in Kamalnagar

Lakshmipur: With the slogan "Police is the people, people are the police", Community Policing Day was celebrated in Kamalnagar-Ramgati of Lakshmipur through a colorful rally and discussion meeting. On Saturday (October 28), a colorful rally started from Hazirhat Coastal Degree College at 10 am and circled the market. After the rally, a discussion meeting was held in the college auditorium. Additional Superintendent of Police Khandaker Shah Newaz was the chief guest. Kamalnagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Akul Chandra Biswas presided over the event, and Hazirhat Coastal Degree College Principal Abdul Motaleb, Hazirhat Degree Madrasa Principal Zayed Hossain Farooqui, Hazirhat Union Parishad (UP) Chairman Md. Nizam Uddin were the special guests.
