On the initiative of Chudanga district administration, a preparatory meeting was held on the occasion of Sharadi Durga Puja, the most popular festival of Sanatan religion.

On Wednesday (September 21) morning, a preparatory meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohammad Aminul Islam Khan, District Commissioner, Chutadanga in the office of the Deputy Commissioner's office, the officials of various departments of the district level, upazila chairman and executive officers, leaders of the puja celebration council, civil society leaders, civil society leaders, middicks were present.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Mamun, Superintendent of Police, Chutadanga was present as special guest in the preparatory meeting.
