Charbhadrasan upazila of Faridpur has arrested 2 fishermen in a mobile court operation for the crime of catching mother hilsa in violation of the ban on Padma river.

Later, the case was settled with a total of 4 thousand rupees fined 2 thousand to each of them. The case was handled by the upazila executive officer and executive magistrate Tanjila Kabir Trapa.
