A bi-monthly meeting of the Upazila Nutrition Coordination Committee was held in Baniachong.

The meeting, held at 12 noon on Wednesday, December 14, at the Upazila Parishad auditorium, was presided over by Upazila Executive Officer Padmasan Singh.
Upazila Parishad Chairman Abul Kashem Chowdhury spoke as the chief guest.
Assistant Commissioner (Land) Iffat Ara Zaman Urmi, UHO Shamim Akhter, Krishibid Upazila Agriculture Officer Md. Enamul Haque, Animal Resources Officer Saiful Islam, Baniachong Press Club President Mosahed Mia, and Technical Officer of Suchana NGO Md. Al Amin spoke as special guests.
Present at the event were Upazila Senior Fisheries Officer Nurul Ekram, Social Service Officer Saiful Islam Pradhan, Project Implementation Officer Malay Kumar Das, Secondary Education Officer Kawsar Shokrana, Rural Savings Bank Officer Sudip Kumar Dey and others.
At this time, speakers said that we are not eating the amount of nutritious food we are supposed to eat every day.
We need to eat nutritious food.
This requires awareness.
