Case against Shakib Khan, urge to submit investigation report

Habiganj The court has urged to submit the investigation report of the fraud committed by the autorickshaw driver against the filmmaker Shakib Khan and the defamation case of Tk 50 lakh.

In view of the application of the plaintiff's lawyer on the day fixed on Monday, the case of the plaintiff's lawyer, Habiganj's Senior Judicial Magistrate Shampa Jahan urged the investigating officer of the case. Later, the next date of the case was fixed on 6th February 2018.

Advocate MA Majid, the lawyer of the plaintiff, said that if he applied for not submitting the report of the case on the scheduled date, the learned judge urged this.

The investigating officer of the case, District Gotenda (DB) Police Deputy Inspector (SI) Iqbal Bahar said that the investigation work is going on. The accused in the case are being delayed in the investigation of the houses of the country, especially the main accused Shakib Khan is not in the country. He is not going to take his statement in Habiganj.
