Shamsul Islam (Sumon) elected best UP chairman of Ramganj Upazila

Shamchul Islam (Suman), the son of late Nurul Islam, the former successful chairman of Chandipur Union Parishad No. 5 of Ramganj Upazila of Laxmipur, has been selected as the best UP Chairman of Ramganj Upazila.
