The police recovered the body of an old man from a pond next to Kaijuri Uniton Parishad in Sadar Upazila of Faridpur.

He was found in the police station at 12 o'clock on Monday and came to the police station. It is known that he came out of his house two days ago. He has been missing since then. The name of the deceased is Fajr Khan.

Police and locals know that this morning, locals saw the body in the pond and informed the police about 12 noon. Later, the police recovered the body in the police station and came to the police station. Earlier, the locals gave a social media picture and the relatives of the deceased came to the spot and identified the body.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Suman Ranjan Sarkar said, "We have recovered the body and sent it to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Medical College Faridpur for investigation and is under legal procedure.
